By booking a session, you acknowledge that our services are designed to support emotional well-being and reflection in a non-clinical setting. We reserve the right to update these terms at our discretion. Continued use of our studio services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Refund Policy
At Lavanya Wellness, we are dedicated to providing a transformative experience for our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to handle refunds with fairness and transparency.
Refunds for pre-paid wellness packages or single sessions are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been redeemed. Once a session has been conducted or the 14-day window has passed, the purchase becomes non-refundable but may be transferable to store credit or another individual upon request.
For workshops and group events, a full refund is available if requested at least 7 days prior to the event start date. Requests made within 7 days are eligible for a 50% credit toward future services. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
General Terms
We value your time and the time of our practitioners. Please review our guidelines regarding policy changes to ensure a smooth administrative process for all parties involved.
Cancellation Guidelines
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
Rescheduling Protocol
Should you need to move your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time slot based on current availability. Rescheduling requests within the 24-hour window may be treated as a late cancellation.
